Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

TickerZone is an informational tool, not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.
Nothing on the Service is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell a security. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. You are responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.

Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use. You also agree not to:
- access the Service by automated means or scrape its content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code;
- circumvent security measures or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to break a law or infringe anyone’s rights; or
- copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission.

Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the period selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

Linked accounts
You may connect a brokerage or bank account through Plaid so the Service can display holdings. By connecting an account, you authorize us and Plaid to access that account information on your behalf. You can disconnect a linked account at any time from account settings.

Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, software, and the TickerZone name and logo, is owned by TickerZone and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service. Data you enter or link remains yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKERZONE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Except for claims of intellectual property infringement or claims that may be brought in small claims court, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Las Vegas, Nevada, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
YOU AND TICKERZONE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER IT ARISES.
