Privacy, explained plainly.

This policy explains what information TickerZone receives, why we need it, the providers involved in operating the service, and the controls available to you.

Information we collect

This Privacy Policy explains how Spincode LLC, the company that owns and operates TickerZone and is the data controller for the Service (“TickerZone,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the TickerZone website and applications (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. The Service is intended for users 18 and older.

  • Account information — your name, email address, username, and subscription status.
  • Portfolio data you enter — holdings, watchlists, and notes you add to track investments.
  • Linked financial data — if you connect a brokerage or bank account through Plaid, we receive the account and holdings information needed to display investments. You enter bank credentials directly with Plaid; TickerZone never receives them.
  • Payment information — Stripe handles card details when you subscribe. We receive payment status, not your full card number.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the Service.
